The symmetry was another part of me messing up the design.

As for ammo/supplies/armory, I was assuming that "Ammo" meant big racks of lightly radioactive missiles and railgun slugs, "Supplies" means water tanks, hydroponics, ETC, and "Armory" means man-portable gear.

The ammunition section is basically a big feed zone for the various ship-gun autoloaders, the supplies section is infrastructure for food, and the armory is a prep section for people who intend to fight as themselves, along with possibly hosting any ground drones the ship carries. IMO different functions, rather than just arbitrarily separated supply dumps.

The best practice would be to store the ammo for any particular weapon in individual magazines as close as possible to the weapon itself, especially if the weapons load automatically.

The fuel tanks aren't demarcated. The powerplant is nuclear. Remass would be stored in the open space surrounding it.
