Nothing. Well, he'd die a lot in NetHack, but he wouldn't be doing anything the overseer counted.

What would Urist do if he opened a portal to the Dungeons of Doom's Rogue level?

Call in the rest of the dwarves, boot everything in there out, settle, and throw a party. Then cause a tantrum spiral and thrash the place.
