Jumping spider lost it's way and climbed through the window into my flat.
Given how starved my rooms are on tiny insects I led it outside.

The US is socialist in the most technical possible sense.  Which is to say it has a few elements of a socialist country but mostly isn't one.

So we played an RPG tonight.
A friend and me had gotten separated from the others, and needed to travel to the dwarves - a journey that would take ~1 month. And, because my character's a trader, I wrecked my brains on how to turn a profit during that journey.

In the end, I made more than 10% profit on a third or a fourth of my liquid assets. By trading ten pounds of glorious stinking cheese.

I don't think that sort of scenario could happen - our GM cut us short with "You've been very successful" some time after arriving. We had a story to drive up the price and everything...
