Die from wambly fire. The entire fort suffers the same fate, besides one Trapper/Animal Dissector who finally catches and butchers the rampaging wambler. When the next wave of migrants arrive, he is hailed as a hero, gets elected mayor and mandates animal traps everywhere, so a similar tragedy will never happen again.

What would Urist do if dwarves had the [VERMIN] tag?
