I see no support for my proposed change, so I'll just can it for now.

Screw it, recast.

It's funny.  If you succeed on the second try, you're considered persistent.  If the second attempt fails as badly as the first, you're considered incompetent or insanse.

[Pot:2]

Well, incompetent is better than insane, right?

Pick weapon up, swing it around a bit. Determine if it's able to reliably kill someone or if it's largely nonlethal.
if weapon is sufficiently lethal
Stash the weapon on my person somehow, such as sticking it through a belt loop or something.
Yanjunc Haustiver Bulg.
Observe result. If hostile, slash it.

You grab it and swing it around.  Well, it's got some weight to it.  The point's probably useless, but it's basically a long chain, in terms of weaponization.  It even has a grip!  Unsure, you call it lethal enough and stash it.

[Pot:4]  A cube about the size of a large cooler comes into being- and it's made entirely of flesh.  It pulses slightly- and then you notice the cubic mouth on it opening.

"aaaaaaaaaaAAAAAaaaaaaaa"

That's not creepy at all.

If I am in any immediate danger of bleeding to death from the wounds in my chest, yes.  If I am in no danger of immediately bleeding out then Overcharge Potency by one and say Haustiver Flifact, focusing on my left leg turning back into flesh, if ley lines appear activate them.

You're not going to bleed to death any time soon, so you try Plan Save A Leg.

[Pot:5+1]  The tinest bit of a ley line forms at the top of your leg, but winks out.  Looks like the magic doesn't consider your leg there any more- this way isn't going to work.

words and self dragging
Oh god keep moving away from the bad dwarf oh god oh please door
Temporary procasination of Science!

[Outcast Spd:2]
[Damon Spd:4]
[Jabon Spd:1+1]
[Urist Spd:5+1]

The dwarf, ignoring Outcast Wizard for a moment, runs back over toward Damon, axe at the ready.

"Nice dwarf!  Don't eat me!"

[Urist Dex:3+1]
[Damon Dex:6-2]

[Urist Str:4+2]
[Damon End:3]

Damon's best efforts at backpedalling just result in his abdomen being cut in half from his groin almost to his diaphragm.  Ouch?  {Fatally wounded- one turn until death.}

((I feel bad for you- (spoiler) I use random targeting for Urist and he only had a 20% chance to attack you over Outcast Wizard.))

Outcast Wizard tries his best to not die.

[Outcast Pot:6+1]  A large grey-scaled dragon comes into being right in front of Outcast Wizard.  It looks around angrily, its mouth glowing an almost quicksilver light.

The dwarf appears nonplussed.

Meanwhile, Jabon is coming in from the pit.  Once he passes under the moose, he sees that there is now a dragon joining the club of dwarf, energy man, and partially bisected man.  A man made of air may be the least of his worries, so you stick with doing Plan A by yourself.  You advance.

[Jabon Dex:5+1]
[Urist Dex:5+1]

He's too distracted to dodge as you stick your hand toward his face- and bounce off the crystal in his helmet.  What gives?  Well, point blank range is almost as good.

[Jabon Pot:5+2]

[Urist Dex:6+1]

The dwarf flings himself backwards as a jet of magma erupts forth from your hand.  He manages to avoid it, but lands flat on his back in front of the dragon, who takes the attack of opportunity.

[Dragon Dex:6]
[Urist Dex:6+1]

[Dragon Str:6]   //String of rolls: 6 5 5 5 6 6 6 6
[Urist End:1+2]

Urist half manages to roll away, but not before the dragon can open a serious gash on his upper right leg.  He howls in pain.

As this happens, the grey fog over Jabon's right shoulder reappears, then activates.

[Jabon Dex:6+1]
[Dragon Dex:5]

The dragon tries to dodge, but it can't get its bulk out the way in time, as a massive beam of arcane energy fires directly forward from Jabon.  It blasts a huge hole in the dragon, which screams, collapses, and dies into a pile of quickly-decaying meat.

There's not really enough time for your other spell after all that.

Bigf01t continues to hear crashing from the Pit room.  It sounds like it's getting louder.

Aaaaaalright. That was a crazy turn. And I don't like when people don't die in the first turn I attack them.

Another general warning: I'm going to cast a black hole, so stay the fuck away from the spike room.

Go to the downed dwarf, say Eolginv Myxida, at point blank or inside his damned chest.

If he survives, say Cybea, while standing in a place that would cause the acid to fall over him.

If he doesn't survive, say Cybea over Rolepgeek's character (because you are already dead)

((Nope.  Summons aren't worth points.  Vakothu got a point because his black hole ate Derm as well.))

((Damn, I need to know what is the dwarf's helmet made of. Getting my windy hands inside him and causing a magma explosion from inside his head would have been epic))

Pat the fleshy cube... somewhere AWAY from it's mouth. See if it's angry, or happy, or... just content or something. It hasn't tried to eat me yet, so...

Try:

Damon gurgles, then looks up at the dwarf and holds up his hands, middle fingers up. "Fuck...you..."

enact plan: run away.

Clearly running multiple missions at the same time is a terrible idea.  The epic battle to see which team can cock it up worse has escalated again.

And Larry kinda gets blueballed in all this; just left with a raging bone spear and no where to put it.

(Granted, I've realized this for other reasons. Like how I napped through the parts of lab when we were waiting for stuff to happen...)

enact plan: run away.
Hm...it's as intricate as it is flawless!
