I've got a big thing I need to do by Christmas. I'll try to continue updating the missions until then, but I make no promises about the quantity or quality of the updates.

Sorry it's taking me so long to do [just about anything] online!))
...Silently review the things that had just happened, and then review the objective that River has mentioned earlier.
Ponder on our current situation progress in achieving said objective. {Recap please? }
Short version of recent events is this: You spent the night camping, waiting for the sandstorm to pass.
When morning came, the team went to the point of light you saw during the night. It turns out it was a small farm with a tower-like building in its centre.
A retired general lives there with his family and a servant. The team has gained information from him as well as a likely location of your target. It might be close to the mountains in the east.
The team is currently trying to buy a map from him, but they lack money. That is why they are instead trying to trade. Irine(Lenglon) has agreed to pose for his paintings as part of the payment for the map.
River wants to find and kill a member of his species who is (according to what he says) a murderer and a traitor. I believe Irine(Lenglon) has more information on the traitor and his abilities but she has not shared all of it with everyone.
"Seems Alan's got himself an internal boo-boo. Wonder if it's as likely to mess him up as, say, a ruptured colon."
Escort Alan outside and assuage his fears. Hand him off to River, see if he can't do any cool magic to fix him.
Then come right back.
You excuse yourself and get River and Alan outside of the room. Which means going slightly downstairs, since there's no door.
"Wasting time. Healing you. Healing me when you hurt me. Now this human. Should just kill him and take what we want."He half-growls half-sighs.
"Tired. Helping you is making you weak. Making me weak. I can not keep doing this. Let him help himself or die.""A start's a start."
I undress, elevate my flame orb outside slightly and let it disperse, toss my clothes to Nik, make sure I'm clear of people and flammables, and change to full-human, any remaining flames after the change I collect in small orbs that I direct up near the ceiling, and hold my arms out in Nik's direction.
"I'd like my clothes back please."
if/when he returns them to me, I put them back on.
"This is my fully-human form. I haven't been using it because it seems dishonest to let people assume I'm something I'm not. The form I was in earlier was the form I was born in."
"Wait, what are you-" the man says and quickly looks away as you begin undressing. A few seconds later, after his initial surprise has passed, he can't help but look back with some curiosity.
Your transformation happens normally, the usual display of fire followed by discomfort.
"Oh! Oh my! That's certainly something! I can work with that!" he says with some enthusiasm.
"This is my fully-human form. I haven't been using it because it seems dishonest to let people assume I'm something I'm not. The form I was in earlier was the form I was born in.""Dishonest or not, you should consider it. You know what most of the people living here think about beastmen. A group consisting mostly of humans would be less likely to be harassed.""Have you heard of fuel, like petrol or ethanol? They use that."
"Sorry about Alan."
Help clean up the mess.
Be clothes rack for Irene.
You use your one good arm to help the man clean up and then act as a coat hanger.
"I have not heard of such things. What are they? Maybe it is something I know but with a different name?"((You could try giving a more in depth explanation of things to speed things up with this course of inquiry. Assume he's an alien or a child who knows very little about what you're talking about.))
