Well we know that something tried to tell us something, and we ignored it.

Something tried to tell us... something.

Also, the roads could be dangerous.

Was it trying to tell us that... That we should definitely go?

Oh yeah, we should definitely go.

Nothing could possible go wrong with this course of action!

But more seriously we should probably not go if we want to live. This just sounds ripe for ambushes, assassins, and politics, and we're not super good at dealing with any of those things really...

I like the Divination skill. If you take it, you can get useful insight into events in the near future. If you don't, you get the occasional ominous pop-up "Divination -> Failed" whenever any seemingly insignificant event happens. Like, you could be drinking a cup of tea when suddenly you see "DIVINATION FAILED" flash in front of you, and you've got no idea if the tea was poisoned, if you should buy more tea soon as you may run out, or if a herd of wild llama is about to migrate through your domain.

Either way it has potential for utility and hilarity.

Anyway, you should probably stay home. After all, this Gwenelle character, despite being your friend at school, hasn't written, called, Facebooked you or anything this last half a year or so, despite your suffering terrible tragedy and inexplicable decision to wear a catsuit and monocle.

While at the same time someone you barely know keeps writing to you and saying "You should totally go to this sweet party!"

They're probably just hoping you'll show up to liven things up, so why not leave them hanging? (Not literally, unless they also commit treason. Otherwise that'd just be excessive.)

I vote for "piss off more people", numbers are drying up at home so we need to go to the party and find more prospects!

And then visit the vault one more time so we can be assertive AND pissed off for maximum effect.

Stay the fuck away. People might try and assassinate Gwenelle at her birthday party. Or assassinate us. Or the entire birthday party may be an ambush designed to orchestrate our assassination.

See, if people hadn't remarked on how dangerous this supposedly is, we might've ended up going. Remember, this is intended to be a BLIND LP. There's an entire other thread for spoilers.

Sense Magic 9
Magic 2
Polearms 2
Resist Magic 2
Internal Affairs 2
Reflexes 1

Question: Why does a vote for "Internal Affairs and Sense Magic" count for one vote for internal affairds plus one vote for sense magic, which is two votes, but a vote for "Reflexes + reflexes" counts as only one vote for reflexes which is only one vote?

Actually double votes are counted twice for that category, if I recall right. So its a bit useful to use if you really just want some skill trained, even if just once, as it gives you two votes for it.
