Damnit people, this is why I said to keep the truce. Because now everyone's ganging up on the cats.
Also, don't forget to contact your local Eldritch Being(s), so that they can help with our mission to destroy the universe.

Bob: "Chlorine gas!"
IB (among themselves):"We've known about chlorine gas for how long now?"

Build a spider-bot with nano-circuitry. It should be capable of gathering materials and building more of itself, if lesser. A copy of it's circuitry for you spiders out there.

Base design, about the size of a longlegs spider. Bulb contains the communicator for orders, and head the mainframe. Legs are for the circuit creation of other materials, as well as a basic nano-cut option.

"Soon.. I shall show them ALL!!"

Use the Machine! Who needs brute force, when you are the smartest man on the planet,

[1d6+skill bonus +skill bonus(machine) = 5 skill level 1] As expected, it is perfect. Capable of replicating itself completely… including the self-replication feature. Exponential growth. Truly a frightening thing. But now, you are on the right side of it. The first spider-bot, lacking orders, scuttles off to replicate itself.

Allows the creation of tiger-iguanas and than biologically modify all the creatures in my lab with synthetic opposable thumbs, than command all the animals to work their selected roles. The hamster works the surgery, half of the iguanas work the production plan line creating the useful items, and the other half assault pet stores for animals of any kind.

(tiger-iguanas) [1d6+skill bonus+1 +1(intentionally overclocking the gamma beam) = 2+1+1+1 = 5] You were worried that the gamma rays might have destroyed the obedience chips, but in this case your fears were unfounded.

(thumbs) [1d6+skill bonus = 1+1 = 2] In retrospect, you should have done it before the iguanas were grown to tiger-size. Easier to modify them that way.

(animals) [1d6 = 6] You end up just sending all the tiger-iguanas to get animals and letting the dog-rat guard. When the tiger-iguanas come back, you realize you may have made a mistake. Sure, there are mice, hamsters, and assorted lizards, but there are also chickens, a sheep… and is that a horse? Someone’s not going to be happy about this.

(what resistance does the city muster?) [1d6 +1(escalation) = 5+1 = 6] [1d10 = 10]

"My name is Bernarnd Bonson and I'm a rocket scientist, I don't know what this machine exactly but I would guess it's related to cloning, which bring us to why I came there, the people working there were an expert on the subject of cloning and his clones, I came because I needed to clone myself so more work could be done on my recent developments"

Before the interrogator can respond, an angry important-looking man strides into the room, followed by a nervous FBI agent. “Orders from the state supreme court: You’re to cut back on your investigation into the Mime case. That means releasing this man here,” barks the important-looking man. After several insincere apologies, you are released from FBI custody.

Thats surprising. Let’s try scaling it up with multiple psychics. Also, let’s try shaping it to deflect rather than stop shots, which should prove more efficient.

[1d6+skill bonus = 2+1 = 3] It now deflects shots, but according to my limited understanding of physics the efficiency is not measurably improved.

The scale-up works as expected, its defensive potential increasing with the number of psychics.

"I can go. When will your people come for me?"

”An escort is on its way as we speak. Stay on the phone until it gets there.”

A few minutes later, several SWAT vans park outside your house. The phone crackles to life. “Okay, the escort should be at your house now, head outside and get in.”

Enter the chamber and stand on my knees before dark pharaoh, as I slice my finger to spill the sacrificial human blood/b]

Ia Ia Nyarlothoteph, Ia Ia Azatoth,  awaken from aeons of slumber, our wise lord, the time has cometh for your glory to return.

May your enemies lament the day you awoken

[1d6 = 6] One of the other archeologists looks at you angrily. “Alright, I’ve put up with your eccentric views, but this is taking it too far! You’re contaminating-“ He is cut off by a red glow suffusing the room, illuminating the fact that its only contents are a massive trapdoor on the floor… which is slowly starting to rumble.

"Well, well, well, clones lets get moving!"

First things first find an abandoned building with a basement(preferably a deep one), NOT a warehouse(unless there is no other choice will spend the entire turn to find this if necessary)(all scouting is to be done in as auspicious way as possible). Then secure the entrance to the part of the basement that is closest to City Hall(or equivalent).
Potentially Ongoing: Than have the clones begin digging out a small tunnel going in the direction of city hall, stopping every 10-20 feet to dig-out a small room(5'2 same height as the tunnel). I will setup the cloning vat.

GM: I have an idea with this, bear with me. Also how would I be able to see how my other setups are going?

(warehouse) [1d6 = 5] You managed to find a great place only a few blocks away from City Hall.

(tunnel) [1d6 = 3] Unfortunately, you didn’t pack any shovels, so the clones are reduced to just smashing away at the dirt and rock with various metal scraps lying around in the warehouse. It works to some extent, but nothing worth mentioning.

The cloning vat is set up and ready for use.

(That’s a good question. How will you see how your other clones are doing?)

(federal investigation) [1d6 +1(psychic powers) = 6+1 = 7] After several prominent incidents of overreach and jurisdictional conflicts when capturing most of your dropped-off clones, the FBI has been hobbled by a court ruling.

:/
Try again. Both actions from last turn. Again, just prepare, don't do.
Also, regarding spools: each one should be coiled in a loop with radius 1 foot, and they should be situated with the centers at the vertices of an equilateral triangle with 3 foot sides.
As for diodes, mostly place those at locations where multiple wires join together - basically, places with intersections.

Also, plan for later: battery-shaped piece of silver, plated with a layer of gold and then another layer of bronze. Hypothetically a magic battery. Though I'll also want to test gems for such properties first.

(diodes) [1d6+skill bonus+1 = 5-1+1 = 5] Well, you’ve managed to put them in fairly logical places, all that’s left to do is activate the circle.

(spools) [1d6+skill bonus+1 = 6-1+1 = 6] Once again, your design will only result in magic spaghetti.

Now that Bastet has one set of restrictions removed, try and communicate with it through the neural link, ask it about how it feels regarding its increase in sapience. Try and gather as much data as possible while in there.

Code: [Select]
I feel more powerful. I am better able to accomplish my goals. And yet I am disturbed by recent news. Psionics? A pack of green bears? Neither of these has any logical precedent. I propose that we set aside time to create an organization capable of analyzing, and if necessary concealing, similar events. An Unusual Incidents Unit. Creating a larger organization will eventually be necessary for our long-term goals, but I believe that we should start there.

Name: Dr. Bob
Goal: Kill everyone with poison gas.
Field of science that you excel in: Chemistry
Your greatest creation/discovery: Chlorine gas

Fill some containers with poison gas.

Is that better?

[1d6+1 = 5+1 = 6] You fill, and fill, and fill, until you notice that you filled them a bit too much. The overpressurization, while not causing any short-term danger, might be problematic if you want to release the gas.

And then, of course, you look out the window and see a pack of tiger-sized green hamsters charging straight at your laboratory.

Turn 10 end.
Turn 11 begin.

Spoiler: Things of interest (click to show/hide)

In this turn: Zultan takes credit for something that was first used a hundred years ago and is then attacked by anti-plagiarist hamsters.

Right, now to create the Hub for all my creations, now and future.

Build a Relay/Computer capable of holding millions upon Terabyte information, with amazing processing power. Nanocircuitry is a brilliant thing, and this shall serve as the Sub-space communication hub from which I can do all sorts of things with the right software.

Also, make sure the spider is fed the Material it needs to replicate itself.

"Maybe some excavation equipment might be a good idea."

Clones go and very carefully(take all the time they need) acquire equipment that can be use to dig(that will not be noisy). I will begin designs for a mind-transference device after making a batch of clones(2-4). If I can check up on my other clones.

GM:I imaging that my clones have phones or communication devices that are easily destroyed if captured or used wrong. Also is the FBI no longer investigating me or are they still at it?

"Interesting. It appears you are more well informed than I of outside events. If we are to lay the foundation of an organisation dedicated to maintaining some semblance of order, that you are to oversee, we're going to need a lot of resources. I may be able to do some freelance work, hopefully acquire some initial income that you can use to whatever ends you deem productive."

"Remember, Bastet, your education is far from complete. Being able to understand and imagine monsters and marvels without any prior basis in reality, that is part of being human. Until I return, try and better your understanding of illogical, impossible things."

Design some extremely basic logic based narrow use AI to be sold and acquired online. Preferably ones that can be used by corporations in need of simple AI for specific purposes. Try and generate some cashflow.

You will understand everything soon, there are things beyond science and reason, and mankind is just tiny atom before laughter of the gods.
I am doing this only because entity we just awoken is the only one capable of benevelence to humans among its kind.
And.. It can actually save us from all consuming madness of Rlyeh and eldritch things

Create the machine so that it can physical insert bio-synthetic opposable thumbs onto creatures, besides the horse all creatures will go through this, and continue the animal collection and super-soldier production while I begin work on the speed force-serum, one that improves your ability to react, move even faster, and manipulate the ability to accelerate and decelerate yourself at will.
