Nothing, because dwarves do not produce waste in any way shape or form. Vomit is simply from a portal in a dwarfs esophagus  that is opened when the switch in a dwarf's stomach is flipped, or when a dwarf is exposed to copious amounts of sunlight.



WWUD if he was a golem made of slade, and could do everything a normal dwarf can do, including drink, and moved just as fast as a normal dwarf?

Wrong, bronze is a more effective warfare metal than iron for both weapons and armor, IRL at least. Only issue is that it's heavier.
