I'm trying to imagine a use for the conveyors that isn't just to stand on them and wait for them to carry you, or monsters or whatever. Maybe a monster farm that's lazier than usual...

I mean it's not like you can make a machine that auto-mines and then sorts thru all the dirt and then brings the valuable stuff to your house.

I don't see a use case either... seems to me that frozen slime blocks worked fine as hands-free player movers.  I think you can even go uphill with a staircase of them.  And you can move much faster than these things will carry you.

The video linked earlier shows that they don't carry monsters.  Only players and town NPCs.  Maybe critters too, I dunno.

Also, teleporters.  I don't really remember how cheap teleporters are, but I've always been able to afford them by that time in the game.

I'm going to just consider conveyor belts to be another type of vanity/artwork block.  I'd be happy to be proven wrong, though.

So for the time being, I must pass on multiplayer until the issue has been resolved.

So I just realized 1.3 had come out!  Ha ha I'm on top of things!  Anyone else still playing at all?  I kinda want to host a game with the intent of 'speed run it' to see how fast a group could defeat the moon god.
