I made another piece of pixel art today, it's another Fallout related one, because Fallout, dammit :D

I feel that I've definitely gotten a lot better at the whole pixel art thing, I am no where close to being an expert, but I do know enough to not do the bad dithering and such nearly as much as I did before. I'm really happy that I've gotten this far :D

That is some definite improvement, there.

It looks pretty good, though I don't quite know what the black bit under the barrel is.

This is a picture of what it looks like in FO:NV, it looks like a piece of decoration, so I just made it black on purpose, doesn't really need to be defined as much as the other bits of the actual pistol, in my opinion.

Watered down ink. Tho the method is quite clumsy and leaves a lot to be desired. Mostly because I just dip my brush pen in water, wipe off the excess liquid and hope for the best. Really need to get some proper brushes and maybe a bottle of ink for the purpose.

The top sketch reminds me of Metal Gear and the bottom reminds me of Macross. These are both cool and good things.  ;D

Those are some nice clean lines shook! Now try and go for masses and shadows and stuff, that should prove nice and challenging :D

Not too happy with the skellington but the monster thingy was super fun to do, especially playing with heavier and softer outlines to show depth a bit better hopefully :D

The head-tentacle on the skeletor guy (first pic) obscures his eyesocket so it kinda looks as if he is surprised/suspicious of the arm-tentacle... "Why the hell do I have a tentacle there??"
