Guffawing at place names is horribly stupid, but it seems to have cured my lingering hangover headache. I didn't know that simple laughter had such power.

There is no permanent settlement on the Wank, but "it is possible to both eat and sleep on the Wank at the Wank-Haus, a mountain hut on the summit." As "the Wank is a popular destination for hikers and day-trippers," you could certainly call certain people Wankers, at least temporarily.
