There's at least one canon cultist Sister of Battle, if I recall correctly. She may be Slaaneshi. Don't remember.

Yeah, that's the one in the video. Lexicanum doesn't have anything on her(page does not exist) except one mention of her murdering her canonness who tried to redeem her, which happened in a single short story. She's Slaaneshi because she was corrupted after being captured by the Emperor's Children.

Oh that poor women.
Or lucky depending on what happened, seeing as it corrupted her.

...I'm seriously thinking about trying to get involved playing actual WH40k. Whish is pretty crazy, considering the amount of initial investment required. :/

Metaphysical Corruption, in fiction, tends to take two forms. The first is the most traditional form of corruption: basically moral corruption in the sense we use the phrase, but extended to physical corruption, or perhaps some sort of attunement with darkness or evil that implies a link between your moral character and your body/mind/soul that isn't as direct or as obvious in real life. The lightest form of this is the tendency of evil characters to appear pale or ill, or alternately sexy and stylish; and the strongest is them raging insanely while standing in a swirling pool of evil blackness, shooting purple/green/red/black lightning bolts of pure unadulterated EVULZ.

The other kind is the kind that is forced upon you. One can imagine real-life analogues for this; some might say that most corruption in the real world is of this form, and not of the former. Regardless, in fiction, this is quite literally someone forcing evil/darkness/CHAOS into you. This process is not consensual, it is not fun, and in a sense can basically be considered a way of killing who they were while simultaneously disgracing them forevermore. In kids shows this will involve a lot of sticking someone in a pool of black magic or whatever. In Warhammer40k, when speaking of the disciples of the Prince of Pain and Pleasure...

I mean you do the math.

Consider selling all of your property and making a pilgrimage to shangrila by foot. You will end your journey richer than if you started playing 40k

So i am currently working on Unforgiven and halfway through translating i realized:

the Dark Angels are a Space Marine Chapter right? So they are an elite unit amongst elite units.
But they have an Elite Unit: The Ravenwing.
Which has an Elite Unit: The Black Knight.
Which has an Elite Unit: the Deathwing.
Which has an Elite Unit: The Terminators of the Chapter...

Yo i heard you like Elite Units, so i put an elite unit in your elite unit...

EDIT: Apparently there is also the Deathwing Knights which are elite among the Deathwing ;_;

This is due to Dark Angels using an older formations - Hexagrammaton (the six wings, Deathwing, Dreadwing, Firewing, Ironwing, Stormwing and Ravenwing, though only the first and last remain) instead of shitty Cawdeks Awstrates (even though majority of the chapter (8 out of 10 companies) is compliant these days). Technically, one could see both of these as chapters in their own right. So, in fact, The Deathwing is not a part of The Ravenwing. The Black Knights are elite of The Ravenwing, not Deathwing (though there are Deathwing Knights, but those are different) and whole (living, apart from Dreadnoughts and such) Deathwing is Terminators anyway so you can hardly call their Terminators elite.

On the other hand, it's Dark Edges so who the fuck acutally knows what they are up to.

The Deathwing and the Ravenwing are remnants of the Dark Angels Legion organisation that has lasted into the Chapter and it's successors.

The Deathwing are fundamentally the same as a more traditional 1st company, being composed of the most trusted and experienced marines, though with a much greater emphasis on decapitation strikes and shock assault.

The Ravenwing are a specialised 2nd company, and by far more divergent from the codex astartes organisation. They are hunters first and foremost tasked with seeking the Fallen. Similar to the Deathwing they are not really any more elite than any other chapter's 2nd company, they are just extremely specialised as part of their Legion heritage.

It all fits with the ancient Calbanite Knightly Orders, levels of initiation and so forth...

That said I wasn't really buying it in that novel series. IIRC it's a lot of hype and little delivery.

I dunno, personally, Dark Angels were cooler to me before the HH novels dug into them.

THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS FALLEN SORORITA BECAUSE THEIR FAITH IS JUST TOO STRONG. THEY ARE UNFAILABLE UNDOMINABLE DAUGHTERS OF THE EMPEROR. ANYONE WHO SAYS OTHERWISE IS A SLANNESHI FETISHISTS WHO TRIES TO GET HIS CRAZY SEXUAL FANTASIES FULFILLED BUT WILL INSTEAD GET PURGED BY THE RIGHTEOUS SISTERS.
That would explain why the Grey Knights had to coat themselves in their blood, after all
Nah, the reason they had to was because the Khornates were bullying them
"OI GREY KNIGHTS, U FUKIN STINK"
"YOU AINT GOT NO BLOOD FOR THE BLOOD GOD DEODERANT, HAHAA YOU STINK GREY KNIGHT AHAHAH"
"TUPAC ALIVE AND MAKE ALBUM FOR KHORNE, YOU LIVE IN A HAB AHAHAH"
"REMOVE GREY KNIGHT remove grey knight REMOVE GREY KNIGHT"
"MORE LIKE GAY KNIGHT, NO BLOOD DEODERANT HAHAHA"
It is well known that sororitas blood burns with the righteous fury of prometheum and incense, thus the Grey Knights had to don their wardian armour and dab it with sororitas blood so they could finally out-aroma the Khornates at their own game, banishing them forever and saving a gorillion million billion trillion souls from being bullied by khornates ever again
Ok, Im pretty sure that this is actually just a bunch of Orks disguiesd as Khornates.
