Punch that guard THROUGH THE BRAIN!
DF style.
And give 'em a Karate chop to the soul for good measure.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

The guard appears to be swaying in a mortal kombat trance.

FINISH HIM!

Tell him his shoelaces are untied, and then knock him out. Alpha's our only character that's allowed to kill.

TQ-01 a master at virtual simulation even when it arcade style fighters, the guard should have known never to challenge you at SSF4AE(Some Space Fightin' 4 : Another Edition.) with the final blow TQ-01 wins another match leading him to the winner's bracket of the ship's Space Fightin' 4 tourney

Use your knowledge of dwarf sectoid fortress to throw the guards blood at him, causing severe organ damage.

Does MCP stands for Multi-Universe Criss Punch-out?
Because looks like we flip over to them playing a game.

You've been beating this security guard senseless for maybe forty seconds.
(Serves him right for trying to beat you with northern Dressilz style)
You have a feeling that this is going to be a long MCP.

It would be nice if this guard would just give up.

So, Robocorn, what you're saying is you're sick of everybody other than Alpha either failing to engage in violence (TQ-03) or being a total wimp (all the rest).

The guard appears to be swaying in a mortal kombat trance.

Unfortunately, no.  Observe the lack of "just giving up."  That guard is repeatedly raising a hand to resume the attack, and is being beaten down.

Logically explain to the guard that every time he/she/aspartame raises a hand to resume the attack, he/she/aspartame is being beaten down, and it would be appropriate to give up.

Best watch out for the guard throwing out a X-ray during your cherry picking.

You clearly recommend that for his own safety, the guard should surrender.
If he attempts to raise a fist again you'll simply beat him down preemptively.

You leave the guard to weigh his options.
At the very least, he is frustrated about his failure.
You await his decision.

Bad choice.
You kick him in the face with extreme prejudice.

Your kick to the face seems to have rendered the guard unconscious.
You wonder if that might have been overkill.
Also it feels like you've forgotten something.

This actually seemed like a fairly sensible progression based on what we've seen. TQ-01 was already in a fight when we cut away to TQ-03 last time. It almost makes sense that he/she wouldn't be overpowered by a guard TQ-01's blatantly shown more physical fitness than most any other character. He/she's jumped onto a moving droid, Thrown a wrench with the force and accuracy necessary to pierce a droid's lens., properly tucked and rolled from a speeding hover cart, and easily carried TQ-02's unconscious body while balancing on and rolling the dubiously cylindrical Leeanne's chassis. And that's just what I could remember off the top of my head. I'm sure there are more improbably feats of strength in the great space voyage backlog. I could really go either way regarding the use of violence to progress the plot, the amount of karate kicking or diplomacy that occurs over the current round of updates is really up to the suggestions. (though I must admit, fighting is a lot easier to write).

I don't think we're forgetting anything. Ask Leeanne if she knows anything we might be forgetting.
