Kill all three of them---if the original dwarf was from an elven civ at a dwarven site, he either didn't fight enough or was a traitor to begin with. Therefore, his adopted elf and that elf's adopted dwarf are clearly all more elf than dwarf.

Unless of course the elf and second dwarf show signs of being dwarf-y. In which case, praise the original dwarf for infiltrating their civ and spreading true Dwarven culture, before using the elf in the same way.
