That just looks fake to me.

It is just fancy talk for "Capture a live Sectoid" which you did in the first game.

It wouldn't be the first game to inaccurately describe their own trophies/achievements or to exagerate them.

That probe one is obviously fake, but anyway having read the achievements list i wouldn't say that most of them are spoilers, it's mostly just stuff that you'll do in the regular game, and a few others that are easily possible in the first game.
But there are 2 or 3 that are possible spoilers but nothing earth shatteringly spoilerish.

They're nearly as bad as badgers. Build a couple of anti-buzzard SAM sites marksdwarf towers and your fortress will look like Baghdad in 2003 from all the aerial bolt spam. You waste a lot of ammo and everything is covered in unslightly exploded buzzard bits and broken bolts.

Well screenshots are kinda spoilerish yet we are happy when we see one... Seeing an acheivement about capturing an alien in text... or seeing an alien in a containement unit in your base... what is more spoilerish....

If you notice on the bottom right of the "achievment" images, there's a url, which links to one of those "achievement generator" sites where you can put in the image and text to make fake achievments.
