Well, I drank a quarter gallon of whisky apparently, and about seven beers, plus other stuff. I would say, I am, in the vernacular, fucked right the hell up. It feels pretty nice though.

Unrelated (:P) the relative I'm helping with hurricane repairs happened to have a large bottle of quality cab-sav from a party, already opened! We had a couple wine breaks yesterday. Certainly not enough to feel impaired, but I really liked the taste and it made chatting easier.

They offered me the whole bottle but I need help drinking it before it goes bad, heh, particularly when I'm too busy to get smashed. It also feels like a waste to do that with wine that tastes good...

I crave a bottle of wine, but I'll make do with gin shots since I'm on a diet.

On another note, re-watching The Princess Bride with my kids for their first time seeing the movie was a good idea. Such a classic.

I have imbibed a pint of 8% stout of such an abominable quality that I don't really have the wherewithal to even properly describe right now.

Like, it was interesting for the first two sips' worth of beer, but after that it was... More disturbing than anything.

On that note, what vodka does bay 12 prefer? I'm somewhere between khortytsa and hammer & sickle for good cheaper vodka. Luwoska tastes like garbage but it's cheap and great for mixing into riot punch or other drinks. what about ya'll?
