Artifacts have 10x value of masterworks. Reaching level legendary at a skill means mastering it.

Creatures who have legendary skill in 10 or more different subjects should receive "Artifact" title.

Does anybody know how to become an elephant man in adventure mode? I literally did all advanced world settings possible to increase chances.

Humans kidnap females of other races, turn them into spouses and breed with them exactly like night trolls. At this point Dwarf Fortress is just another average human interracial breeding fantasy story.

Nobles highly skilled at engraving can demand making engravings of themselves by themselves. If they fail someone has to suffer for them. They may feel guilt over it and punish themselves instead.
