I don't get why they don't use Imperial Assassins instead of a insanely kitted out Chapter of a thousand transhuman killers. One slip-up and the High Lords of Terra are gonna be atomised.

I don't get why would they get atomised, though. They're High Lords of Terra.

The High Lords haven't been big on the assassin temples ever since that time the Master of the Asassinorum personally killed all of the other High Lords by virtue of being an unstoppable badass and fought the Iron Hands and Custodes on Terra for an impressively long time.

They use assassins for all of the "Ork sniper" things.
Minotaurs I think are pretty above-board with their Marine-killingZ

That face when you realize the only Inquisitor to ever get in trouble for it was actually innocent, those Orks just had a thing for long range dakka and got lucky with their sneaky-beaky shots.

ILLUMINATI CONFIRMED.
The Illuminati were Tzeenchian heretics condemned and destroyed by the Inquisition for their plan to kill the God-Emperor. The 'Sensei' they claimed were the God-Emperor's children were really just Tzeenchian sorcerers who could use shape-shifting abilities granted by the Chaos God of change and mutation.

-or so the Inquisition claims. I mean, if you had just mistakenly executed all of the Emprahs descendents, I bet you wouldnt admit it to the other Inquisitors

A real loyalist would admit their mistake and get blamd, so clearly the "Inquisitors" were actually just Tzeentchian sorcerers who had been manipulated into eliminating another faction of Tzeentchian sorcerers masquerading as the Illuminati by Tzeentch
