Now then-- in seriousness-- if the tissue is well preserved, it may have useful applications in biomedical research into pluripotent stemcells, and may have value in fetal tissue research.

US law prohibits public funds from being used to conduct such research, meaning nearly all such research is done privately, at least in the US.

This means that the only place where demand for such tissue will come from, is from private research sector. University campuses get funded from public sources through state grants and other programs.

It would have to be a wholly privatized university to do it.
