I wish I could unwatch a thread because every time I look at this I can feel myself dying faster
Dying of laughter?
Dying of pure unbridled hatred, actually.

On a bit unrelated note - I keep discovering more and more high-quality Wh40k art all the time. Also, I proably need to learn Russian because those guys are not only expert at gathering all of it, they're also great at making it... in fact, I think that Russians are the nation that is proably the most obsessed with Warhammer 40k.

And the more Imperium like ever.

Also that image seems really awesome and I'm surprised to see how well the helmets and elements fit nicely

I'm curious as to how a tank would evolve. Would it climb out of the primordial ooze wiggling it's track-nubs, feeding on smaller jeeps before crawling onto the shore having evolved proper treds?

The inscriptions on Vader's pauldrons are proably in Aurabesh or some Sith language, which is also a nice detail. I wonder what they say.
Also, if those guys are as bad shoots as the original ones, it doesn't matter because they use weapons that actually deal damage... I wonder how well would it work for someone to try and block an .998 rocket with lightsaber.

I would say a ligthsaber is for all intent and purposes a forve sword.

Salamanders.
Ah, so that explains their weak performance. Pfft, needing to charge a bunch of meatshields just for a chance of victory. You'd never expect such disappointing results if they'd just done everything by the book like the notable and prestigious sons of Guilliman.

That just looks silly. Look at his little cape and his oversized torso, lightsaber, and limbs! The stormtroopers behind him look more intimidating, to be honest.

All fanfics are heresy, each and every one, especially the shipping ones. Those are by far the worst.

I really like the dreadnought/AT-ST hybrids they got going there.

Sith strike me as more chaos-like than imperial, TBH.
Which puts Vader on the other side from the stormtroopers, but whatever.

Sith probably are most similar to Istvaanian Inquisitors. Power through conflict and all that. I can't imagine Sith would side with Chaos normally, they don't like serving under things that they can't plot to usurp, though a lot would definitely fall.

You can't plot to usurp, chaos gods?
That nerd Tzeentch would probably appreciate it.

Nah Imperium is a massive corrupt dictatorship. It's totally the Empire.

The only difference is, rather than the Empire being secretly run by sith, the Imperium is pretty openly run by a dead jedi.
