IDK how much combat stuff has changed, but in 34.11 I got up to shennanigans throwing parts of demons at other demons. Perhaps this needs arena testing?

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

I played a kobold that could punch other kobolds, launching them over 10 tiles. I still don't know why.

edit: so I booted up cats to be playable in DF and learn something about them.

so there's a natural effect to headbutt and lick folks and there's no distance restrictions

I modded kobolds to be playable in fort mode. I changed nothing regarding strength or size. Whenever one went berserk, it would start launching other kobolds about the map with its incredible punching power.

Maybe the Square cube law is in effect here, weight being the exponential attribute and strength being the linear attribute?
