Ahh, so the plot is actually that this is a tournament held by Toady; meant to harvest the posts of the forumites in order to add dialogue to his game.  Toady confirmed for Demon Heihachi.

You all realize that the Various Nonsense board is going to turn out to be the villain right?  And all the heroes will go into a great climactic battle against the Mobile Battlefortress manned by penguins.

It's actually a battle-harem manga, Toady One is the harem protagonist, and Threetoe is the hapless sidekick that every harem protagonist has, who comically doesn't get any attention from the harem members.

We're the harem members battling it out for the love and attention of Toady One while Threetoe watches from the corner. People who get banned are Yanderes, if you get a warning, you're a Tsundere.
