Dwarves should be able to grow vanilla orchids.  If the plot the vanilla orchids are growing in is adjacent to, directly above, or directly below a stone till with cinnabar, then the vanilla orchid and it’s “beans” should become laced with mercury.

Some dwarves will refuse to eat anything that lacks trace amounts of heavy metals in it, so in order to account for this all metals are now able to be used in roast production.

Dwarves will only listen to music if it's heavy metal. Any other music will be met with violence.

All violence will also be met by music. (A prolonged attempt to finish off a wounded thief, trying to escape the map, will invoke Yakety Sax.)

Yakety Sax will also play whenever a dwarf is pursuing another dwarf for any reason.

Yakety Sax plays any time a yak is on screen.

Sometimes Yakety Sax is replaced with the Epic Sax Guy and dwarves get into arguments which one is better saxing.

This can lead into a tantrum spiral with cacophonic sax music playing in the background.

A random number of your starting dwarves may be replaced with cats. Most of these new cats will be female and cannot be gelded. Neither can the few males. And to add insult to injury… any dwarf that slaughters such a creature receives a -100 mood penalty - "murdered cursed fellow dwarf".

Also, for no particular reason you can milk these cats. I dunno why I just wrote that, but, erm, okay…?

the probability for the gay/not gay stat for all valuable and important animals should be flipped so that you cannot breed them

pressing "g" should play a sound byte that tells you you are fat and sets your homepage to meatspin

downloading the game should immediately reformat your hard drive

Whenever an ogress appears in your fort one of your dwarves will be possessed by the ghost of DerMeister he will then rush towards the ogress and attempt to milk it, when this happens no locked door, burrow, or constructed wall will stand in the way of his quest to milk the ogress.

There's a similar drive to 'milk' ogres. Which is, if anything, more technically successful and productive.
